Maverick Lighting installs holiday and permanent lighting for homes and businesses in St. Louis County and St. Louis City, Missouri. Maverick Lighting is a registered trade name of JGB Softwashing LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our estimate tool or contact form, you agree to receive service text messages from Maverick Lighting about your estimate, scheduling, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information related to text messaging opt-in and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our scheduling and customer relationship platform and our payment processor, and only as needed to provide our services. We may disclose information when required by law.

Maverick Glow Preview (design visualizer)
If you use our Glow Preview design tool, we collect the property address you enter, the design selections you make, and any photo of your home that you upload. You must own an uploaded photo or have permission to use it. We use your photo and selections to create a conceptual lighting preview of your home. Photo processing and preview generation are performed by a third-party artificial intelligence image service (currently OpenAI); your photo is transmitted to that provider solely to generate your preview and is subject to its data handling terms. Generated previews are conceptual illustrations, not construction drawings or contractual commitments.
Your photos, previews, and design details are stored securely and, if you submit your contact information, are linked to your record in our customer relationship management system so our team can review your design and follow up. Optional share links you create show only the preview image and design summary, never your contact details. You may request deletion of your photos and design data at any time by contacting us at the email or phone number above, and we will also remove them from our service providers where feasible.
