Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Maverick Lighting website and services. Maverick Lighting is a registered trade name of JGB Softwashing LLC, serving St. Louis County and St. Louis City, Missouri. By using our site, requesting an estimate, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.
Effective date: August 2, 2026.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, to consent to receive text messages from us, and to enter into agreements with Maverick Lighting. By using our site and services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Our services
Maverick Lighting provides holiday and permanent lighting design, installation, maintenance, and takedown for residential and commercial properties. Estimates generated by our website are ballpark ranges based on the information you provide. Your final quote is confirmed after we review the details of your property and project.
Ownership of your lights
All lights, wiring, timers, wreaths, garland, and related materials remain the property of Maverick Lighting at all times and are not sold to you. As part of your seasonal service, we design, install, maintain, remove, and store everything for you, so you never have to buy, store, or handle a thing. Please do not remove or alter the installed display yourself during the season, so we can keep it under warranty and in good working order.
Estimates and quotes
Instant-estimate ranges are for general guidance only and are not a binding offer. Pricing, scheduling, and scope are finalized in a written quote. We reserve the right to adjust an estimate if the on-site conditions differ from what was described.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our estimate tool or contact form, you agree to receive service text messages from Maverick Lighting about your estimate, scheduling, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Scheduling, payment, and cancellations
Installation and takedown dates are scheduled by agreement and may shift due to weather or conditions outside our control.
Payment. A 50% deposit reserves your installation date. The remaining balance is due no later than one week before your scheduled install, and installation does not begin until the balance is paid in full. For returning customers with a prior balance, that balance is added to the deposit before scheduling.
Cancellations. Cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled install for a full deposit refund. Within 14 days of your install, the deposit is non-refundable due to scheduling and custom-cut materials.
Limitation of liability
Maverick Lighting is fully insured. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one, with the effective date shown above.
